Hello sweet Denise! Jack and Isabelle looks so happy to finally be out enjoying the sunshine. What could be better that a little snack outside : )
ReplyDeleteI agree about shopping online...I just love it. I live so far away from shopping (60 miles) that when I finally really get to go I have so many 'have' to things to get that I don't have time to just browse, so online is perfect.
I love your new finds.
I really adore your cottage Denise. DO you know you are living my dream? I always dream of living in England in my own little thatched cottage. I read that your cottage was built in 1711! That is amazing. Here in the US people just tear down old homes and start new and things seem to be so shoddily built these days. No charm at all. I can't figure out why we have that mind set here, but it seems that everyone just wants to have new. I love the cottage style and I LOVE yours with all your Cath Kidston fabrics.
sending many hugs...
DENISE MY DEAREST! Oh I missed tea time this morning with these THREE DARLING PARTICIPANTS! I was running late for work but oh the sweetness of your cottage and garden!!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for visiting my post. Oh how I love your abode my dear. The sweetness of the pastel colors in your home and the gentle air of your garden and life, OH NOW THAT IS PLEASANT!!!!! Big hugs to you and your life seems so much like a fairytale!!!! Anita
I LOVE your Aga. I would have loved to have one as big as yours but unfortunately I could only fit a two oven one in my cottage.
ReplyDeleteThe red stripey leggings are divine. I've seen that book around the blogs and like the look of it; you must let us know how you get on with the recipes.
ReplyDeleteOh I'm SO happy to hear of someone who has this book! I've been keeping an eye on it for ages, as it looks good enough to eat! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the recipes. Yes - on-line shopping is wonderful but SO dangerous! I've literally just ordered a book on pies after reading about another bloggers pie making efforts - I simply have no self control when I'm feeling inspired. Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog. You blog is absolutely gorgeous - SO pretty - and I am in love with your daughter's leggings too - what a brilliant sense of style she has!
